A FUN-FILLED CAMP EXPERIENCE FOR KIDS

Summer in Shirley provides a fun-filled memorable experience for boys and girls who have completed any grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6.  Based at the Shirley Middle School, Summer in Shirley is within hiking distance to Hazen Library and the Benjamin Hill Recreation Area.  This local program is staffed with caring counselors who are committed to delivering a fun-filled yet challenging experience for all children. Weekly activities are designed to spark creativity and smiles in a non-competitive setting.

SMART Trash and Recycling starts July 2, 2009 PDF Print E-mail

SMART Trash stickers are now available at several locations around town. Click on the SMART link for details. For questions, please contact the Board of Health978-425-2600, ext. 260.

The Board of Health is implementing the new SMART trash program. SMART stands for Save Money And Reduce Trash. SMART is a new way to think about trash collection, increasing recycling and reducing the impact of trash on the town budget. Please visit the Board of Health, SMART, and Shirley Recycles webpages located under Town Government and Inspectional Services for details.
