Description
The Shirley Board of Health is a three member elected board and is also a member of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health whose office is in Ayer, MA. The Nashoba Associated Boards of Health acts as our agent on many of the following duties:
  • Health care and disease control
  • Enforcement of housing codes
  • Hazardous waste disposal/landfill monitoring
  • Title V enforcement
  • Nuisance investigation
  • Food service establishments (enforcement of State Sanitary Code)
  • Safety and sanitation of pools and beaches
