The Recreation Commission is always open to any new ideas that the Community may have that involve the residents of the town. Volunteers are welcome!

• Our U10-U18 soccer players, coaches and board members are members of the Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League. We are also members of the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association located in Lancaster, MA.

Adult and Senior Yoga Information

 Come join Shirley Recreation for our next Adult and Senior Yoga sessions. Classes will be held at the Hazen Library on Wednesday evenings. All abilities are welcome. Participants should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a beach towel and yoga mat to class.

Senior Yoga is held 5:30 - 6:30PM and is a system of gentle stretches, centering, and breathing techniques. During the class you will release stiffness in joints, gain better flexibility and balance, feel energized, and leave with a calming sense of well being.

Adult Yoga is held 6:45 - 8:00PM and the cost for the 8 week session is $60 for Shirley residents and $65 for non-residents. We are offering a "Drop in Rate" at $10 per class if you don't want to sign up for the entire 8 week session.
