We are proud of our students and staff who have created a wonderful learning environment for all. Parent and community involvement is critical to the success of our schools, and we invite you to join us in the extraordinary work of educating our future.

Children age 3 through kindergarten attend our Devens and Center School Early Learning Centers. These programs offer children a rich start to learning in a warm and caring environment. Elementary students attend the Lura A. White School, while our middle school youngsters enjoy the new Shirley Middle School which opened in 2003. High school students have a choice of attending Ayer, Lunenburg, or Nashoba Technical high schools.

The District is committed to helping all students meet high academic standards. Dedicated and highly qualified teachers and support staff enjoy their students, and encouraging them to do quality work. Students in turn respond to the positive and nurturing encouragement they receive.
