The Greenway Committee was established by Town Meeting vote in 1991 to be an advocate for the protection of the Town’s rivers, streams, and trails. We work closely with the Conservation Commission in these areas and, freed from the regulatory burden that constitutes so much of the Conservation Commission’s work, have time and energy for more proactive initiatives.
