Shirley Town buildings closed temporarily beginning Tuesday, March 17

Dear Shirley Residents:

Due to developing concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, the Town of Shirley is closing all Town-operated buildings to the general public until further notice.

At this time, all Town employees will continue to report to work and departments will remain open. Town officials intend to maintain essential functions and services. The public can contact all departments by phone and email.

The Town of Shirley requests that residents and other individuals seeking to conduct Town business do so remotely when possible — online, by phone, or through the mail. Individuals encountering time-sensitive situations requiring immediate attention are advised to contact the appropriate department to determine if an accommodation can be made.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our residents; however, this is a necessary step in order to protect Shirley residents.

Please be aware that residents have the ability to pay bills online at or by mailing checks directly to the below address.

Also, there is a secure drop-box outside of the entrance to Town Hall where bills or other documents can be delivered.
